Custom printed wallcoverings and murals, sometimes referred to as "decor printing," are used in both commercial and residential interior applications. A custom wallcovering can transform a traditional wall surface into a decorative and/or branded area.  The combination of custom printed patterns/images on textured materials and professional installation make custom wall graphics a great addition to any room, office, or facility.

We were called on to help Grace Evangelistic Ministries in Brentwood, TN with a wall mural to create a "wrap" for an entrance wall in their office. The artwork features a vintage world map on a parchment-looking background design; very old and distressed in appearance. Armed with the artwork,we found a textured wallcovering material (similar to crumpled paper) onto which we could directly print the map, and we manufactured one of the coolest projects I've seen yet here in the shop!

We broke the artwork up into 3 panels, printed each with our large format printer, and then applied a protective coating to protect the covering from scratches and damages to the print (this also allows for gentle cleaning and maintenence). The wall graphics were professionally hung with the reccommended adhesive, as you would with any wallpaper.  The end result is a one-off, unique, fun, graphic art piece, mounted full wall, for all to enjoy.  The staff will use it with unique push pins to identify locations of their ministry efforts.

The wallcovering material itself is 3-dimensional and features a distressed pattern. There are many textured wallcovering options to choose from - be it a stucco, canvas, sandy, or threaded-looking texture.  We use our large format printing capabilities to create these beautiful wallcovering murals.

As another example, a smooth matte finish wallcovering was used for the showroom wall at a local car dealership - we worked up the design using their logo elements and a photo of the dealership to transform the wall into a great-looking backdrop mural for new vehicles.

Wallcovering materials are rated for commercial use and are a cost-effective way to rebrand or customize an office, hotel, or restaurant.
