It's official! The Vanderbilt Commodores head football coach, James Franklin, is leaving our fair city and moving on to Penn State. His successor, Derek Mason, was just signed on over the weekend! There's been a lot of hubbub recently about the changes with questions like, "which players is he taking with him?" and "Who will the next coach be signing?" flying everywhere. Still, depsite all the turnover Vanderbilt has been experiencing, we were still able to do something relatively routine for them by designing and installing vehicle graphics for a Commodore's football golf cart. 

We've done golf cart graphics for Vandy before for football, baseball, and basketball.

We appreciated that we were given a lot of creative freedom on all of the golf carts, which allowed Rich to put together this design incorporating Vanderbilt's colors, their star logo, and the same font used for their other branding.

Vanderbilt uses the golf cart to show new recruits around campus (something it looks like they'll be doing in the next season as they lose a handful of players!) so it was a great idea for them to put their logo and cool branding graphics on the carts. This is something they have that is highly visible on campus and around Nashville. Not only that, but it's intentionally being shown to people they are trying to recruit to their school. Of course they should make that golf cart look as awesome as a golf cart possibly can!
