When you ask about acrylic letters to be put on your custom business sign, it's like going into Subway and asking for a sandwich. There are so many different options and you can make your sign one-of-a-kind simply using acrylic letters!

Clear acrylic letters show up nicely against a dark background and they give any lobby, office, or business sign a nice, clean finish. However, fingerprints show up pretty easily on the clear letters, so in order to maintain cleanliness, any sign with clear letters should be placed where people wouldn't accidently be touching it everyday.

Brushed metal acrylic letters are becoming increasingly popular for custom business signage as a less expensive alternative to solid metal letters because solid metal letters can be a little pricey. The substrate "backer" material (in the picture on the far left, it's dark blue) is made out of acrylic material. The brushed gold and aluminum finishes on the acrylic backer material are made from a thin metal sheet. Using acrylic letters for brushed metal signs saves money!

Painted acrylic letters are most common for custom business signs. There are over 30 base colors to choose from so virtually any shade of color can be made from these base colors. That way, you can match the acrylic letters on your custom business signage with the exact color of your logo. Painted acrylic letters go beautifully against a brushed metal backdrop, this really makes them pop out.
