Window signage is one of the least expensive and most effective ways to draw attention to your business. As a plus, it's also quick and easy to install. Your graphic design options for business signage are nearly unlimited, but you have two basic choices for window graphics:
Window graphics can be printed as full color murals to advertise your products and services
- One- or two-colored signage -- These simple, bold designs catch the eye of anyone passing by. This type of sign is typically printed with the company name, logo and opening hours. Hung in your front window, it clearly announces what you offer and when you're available. Because it's easy to read at a glance, this design is ideal if you get a lot of drive-by traffic.
Single color and multi-color window graphics can be used together to provide branding and important information such as store hours and contact information
- Full-color signage -- Full-color graphics give you the flexibility to display more than just the basics. These custom window signs can include product images, lists of services, images of your office space or even pictures of key employees. Full-color window graphics can be created in any size or shape you want, including large enough to cover the whole window.
Interior storefront window graphics can create a full color mural to visually communicate your branding and/or marketing "message"
Modern materials for stand-out signage
You have a few options for your window signage material, but perforated vinyl for one way viewing offers advantages other materials don't. This material has a printed side and a black backing, and is cut with a pattern of tiny holes. Thanks to this design technique, you can cover a whole window with a perforated vinyl sign yet still see out the window from the inside. Two types of perforated vinyl are available.
Small holes and a black surface on the inside make these window graphics perfect for seeing through to the outside from the inside
- Temporary removable vinyl -- Because it's easy to peel off, this material is perfect for temporary or seasonal displays.
- Permanent vinyl -- This material will stay looking good for several years, making it ideal for long-term displays.
