I know what you're thinking: "Signage and history! Those are the two most boring subjects ever combined!" But there's nothing boring about signage. Merchants have been using business signage since well before most people could even read! Signs are a part of what shapes our cultural landscape. They represent our industries, our leaders, and our societal constructs. Maybe that seems a bit heavy for signage, but if you think about it signs really do speak volumes.
