Church vans offer a fantastic opportunity for churches to share information outside of the walls of their buildings. We've designed, printed and installed custom advertising wraps for a number of churches in our area, such as Oasis Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
We installed not one but two wraps for Oasis Church! Using the same design, we adapted the layout to fit both their extended van and their box truck.
So what can an advertising wrap do to benefit a church community? It can:
- Represent the church ministry
- Promote the church vision
- Share a church message with the community
- Enlighten and uplift
- Inform and introduce the church to others
Since church vans are used to transport members to special activities, services and programs, the wraps can be seen by local residents and area visitors who may not even know the church exists. Some church vans travel all over the country for mission trips, choir tours and other sponsored events. With all of the potential drive time, the wraps get some tremendous exposure.
Church van graphics and advertising wraps can portray or emulate just about anything - as long as the 'anything' doesn't violate copyright laws. Not sure if your idea would infringe on any licensing regulations? That's where we can help! Our designers can spot images that are a big no-no without the proper permission.
As we've mentioned in posts before, large transportation vehicles (like vans, buses and trucks) provide plenty of open space to design and customize very unique and personalized vehicle graphics or wraps. Here are some examples of wraps we've created and installed for churches in our area.
We designed this partial wrap for Living Free Fellowship's E-350 15-passenger van. We often meet with people to discuss their ideas for wrap designs. This process was a little different because one of our designers actually attended a church board meeting to discuss the ideas for the van wrap. No pressure there!
Once the proof was approved, we digitally printed it on Avery MPI 1005 EZ vinyl with an Avery DOL 1060 gloss overlaminate. For the windows, we used perforated window vinyl so that all passengers in the van can still see out while traveling. Nobody wants to feel like they are trapped in a 15-passenger van! As you can see in the photos above, the perforated vinyl allows the partial wrap design to continue over the windows without interfering with any words or graphics.
Our next example gives a true 'Before' and 'After' example of the changes made to the Full Life Assembly of God full coverage custom wrap. Which do you like better?
For this wrap, we used the artwork provided by Full Life Assembly of God and added elements (like the blue background) to create a proof that they loved! Here's a little insider information: The first proof did not include the bold blue background, and the Full Life logo was the dominate logo on both sides. It took two revisions to finalize the proof with the gorgeous blue pattern and the alternating logos on the sides. That's the beauty of proof revisions! Can you notice any other differences on the driver and passenger sides?
We again used premium cast vinyl material with a gloss overlaminate for the body of the van. For the windows, we digitally printed the design on Orajet 3675 window graphics film with an Oraguard optically clear premium gloss overlaminate.
The design for Oasis Church used something different from the Living Free and Full Life wraps: actual photographs. For Oasis Church, we designed a full coverage wrap that was adapted to fit their Ford E-Series extended van and their box truck. For the background, we used the identifiable Nashville skyline. We also added a photo of the two Lead Pastors for the church. Both photographic elements were incorporated into a layout that had their blue brand color, their church contact information and their vision and mission statement. See! You can be as personalized as you want when it comes to advertising wraps.
Remember, the sky's the limit when you create an advertising wrap - as long as you abide by those little copyright laws! Interested in a wrap for your place of worship? Contact us today at 615-595-6564 to discuss the design and wrap options. The vehicle advertising can be as small as spot graphics or as large as full coverage. No matter the size, it will still get noticed!
