If you tend to use the same pieces for every trade show display, you may be missing out on attracting your entire target audience. With hundreds of other businesses competing for the same attention, how can you stand out in the crowd? Pop-up displays, table top displays and retractable banners are impressive "go-to" options for trade shows, but there are many other pieces that can add just the pizzazz needed to garner more interested viewers.
At 12-Point SignWorks, we customize displays for any type of industry. (Well, as long as it falls under our 12 Guiding Principles!) Whether working with customer-provided graphics or designing the artwork in-house, we aim to create the displays that other vendors wish they had and that guests can't ignore.
As you plan a new trade show display or update an existing one, here are three additional options to consider to relay your message:
1. Monitor/Tablet Displays
We live in a society dominated by technology. Why not bring that into your display? There are a variety of options that can safely and effectively showcase your electronic items. Even better - the monitor or tablet makes your trade show display interactive and gives visitors something hands-on that will keep them at your booth longer. It also buys you a little extra time when your attention is focused on another attendee. Even if a visitor needs to wait, the time won't feel nearly as long if they have a gadget to educate and distract them.
This monitor stand, a part of our Spennare product line, can be used alone or in conjunction with a Pop Up display piece. This adds versatlility as you travel to different venues.
This tablet is part of a very unique and impressive interactive display we worked on with our friends at Birdsong Creative. If you're in the historic downtown Franklin area, you can view it in person at the Visitor Center just off of Main Street.
2. Literature Stands
Literature stands help free up your limited booth space and prevent the clutter of scattered brochures, pamphlets and handouts. If you're like me, you want your area to stay neat and orderly. Visitors tend to pick up items, but they may not keep all of them. Unfortunately, they also may not put them back in the right place. Literature stands keep all of your small items organized and declutter the table space you have. With classic, space-saving designs, they can add visual appeal and function to your overall presentation.
This photo illustrates two of the brochure holders we feature in our Spennare product line. The two images on the left feature the Brochure Holder S10, and the two on the right highlight the Brochure Holder S20.
3. Table Throws
If you aren't going to have a table top display to advertise who you are, consider using a custom table throw. We create table throws with simple logos or with full color displays that can highlight products or services on a large scale. If your display involves a six- or eight-foot table, a brightly colored table throw is the perfect addition. If you need easy access to items being stored under the table, we offer a three-sided option so the fabric doesn't get in the way. Genius, I know!
Imagine your bright, colorful graphics on this table throw! The three-sided option offers easy access underneath the table for extra storage.
Simple additions or modifications to your tradeshow display will keep your presentation fresh and your audience interested. If you have an even grander idea, let us know! We welcome the challenge to engineer the presentation space that you have in mind. If there is a way, we will make it happen.
