A logo sign can make a statement on any kind of background, but there is something about a stone wall that adds an extra level of natural beauty. We've created logo signs that have been installed on a variety of materials. Often, the sign itself makes an impression with its unique detail, and other times the wall sets that stage for the personalization. Some of our most popular logo signs are the ones that are installed on stone walls. They create a beautiful canvas unmatched by many other materials.
The appearance of stone can come from a number of materials. We have worked with:
- Stacked stone
- Stone archways
- Textured marble stone
- Faux stone
- High-resolution stone wall coverings
- And more!
We get a great deal of positive feedback about the logo signs that we feature on stone walls. Just as the stone comes in a variety of options, the signage options are just as numerous. Here we feature a few of our favorites.
We have partnered with Franklin Synergy Bank for many years and have worked with them on the signage for many of their branches in Middle Tennessee. The dimensional logo sign that we created for their Spring Hill TN Loan Production Office is one that always gets noticed! The photo above shows the frosted acrylic panel with dimensional letters and logo made from blue acrylic with a brushed gold face. The combination is stunning against the stacked stone wall, and the blue acrylic adds a subtle pop of color when you are standing in front of the sign.
If you've been in the community of Westhaven in Franklin, TN, you've probably passed by or even entered this particular Franklin Synergy Bank branch. When they approached us about this outdoor logo sign, they also presented us with the property lease requirements for the community. We designed this sandblasted redwood logo sign, meeting all of the conditions outlined in the property lease. We also designed the sign to follow the irregular archway that frames the entrance to the bank. Since sandblasted redwood signs can be stained and/or painted, we stained this one to perfectly match the branch's front doors.
The photos above show more intricate detail on the custom outside sign for Franklin Synergy Bank in Westhaven. The curve on the bottom of the sign perfectly follows the curve of the stone archway.
Signage doesn't always have to be on the side of a building or interior wall. We fabricated four aluminum sign panels for Battlewood Estates in Franklin. The letters and canon emblems are made from reflective white cut vinyl so that the signs are viewable at any time of day or night. We installed the four signs on the center stone columns at each entrance, and the photo above shows one of them after installation. The scalloped corners add just an extra touch of detail to soften the look of the signs, and the satin redwood powder coat finish stands out against the natural gray stone of the columns.
The unique dimensional sign for Kenny Pipe & Supply is another fan favorite when we have requests for logo signage. I think part of the draw is the contrast of the sign against the textured marble stone in the reception area of the corporate facility. The logo was cut from a 1/8" thick steel plate with a dark bronze powder coated finish. The standoffs also were powder coated to match. The sign compliments the industrial nature of the business while giving off a very professional and classy vibe attached to the beautiful stone wall.
Sometimes custom signs can be installed on walls where stone doesn't really exist! One example can be found in our very own lobby. We recently digitally printed and installed a castle stone wall covering in our reception area. The graphic completely changes the feel of our office space and truly gives the appearances of large pieces of stone. Our logo sign, made from laser cut brushed Rowmark on acrylic, is attached to a simple aluminum box. We love the simplicity of the sign and how it blends with the darker colors of the stone wall graphic.
As you can see, the possibilities are endless! If you are considering a stone wall (real or fabricated!) to showcase your logo signage, we think you will be pleased with the results.
