Big Dog's Computer Services brought in their new Kia Sportage SUVs to harness the mobile advertising power of fleet vehicle graphics. Big Dog's uses a simple and clean logo that really stands out well, so we digitally printed their design elements with vehicle wrap vinyl and protective gloss laminate, and we then die-cut the vehicle graphics to the desired logo shapes and text. After a series of proofs and revisions back and forth with the client, we settled on a design: we captured the die-cut "paw" logo on the hood and their wordmark logo on the sides; and, we added key contact info and various other info about the business in cut vinyl. Having one Kia in black, and one Kia in white, we were able to just swap the colors of the vinyl for the different vehicles.
Each installation was done carefully to work around door handles and other car body hardware. The cars were brought to us in brand new condition and extremely clean - which is always a nice "canvas" to work with! We pre-fabricated the graphics before the vehicles arrived, thus allowing us to move quickly into installation inside our climate controlled bay. Knowing that the vehicles are valuable advertising assets, we try to eliminate as much down time as we can for people during these graphics installations. As a final note of design punctuation, we added a QR code for additional business promotion. The two vehicles look very sharp, and the smiles on the clients' faces indicate that they agree!
