Who doesn't love a superhero? While he waits for S.H.I.E.L.D. (think "Avengers") to add him to the cast roster, our own hometown Andy Benedict, AKA Mr. Big Time Healthy, is staying busy with some super programs and music to motivate children to better and healthier lifestyle habits.

His signature green and yellow colors help him to stand out among less-healthy choices, and in order to promote the program more effectively, Andy came to us to transform his Nissan LEAF into a rolling mobile advertisement using a partial wrap design. The design and colors needed to match Andy's Big Time Healthy superhero theme, and we had a great time developing a partial vinyl wrap that captures the essence of a flowing cap topped off with the superhero logo crest.

In the photo, you can see that the graphics only cover part of the metallic silver car. This is what we refer to as a "partial car wrap." This type of vehicle wrap design is less expensive than a full car wrap, but it succeeds in creating the visual effect of a full wrap. The other important features in the photo are Mr. Big Time Healthy himself (Andy, at right), and the wrap designer Rich Novia (in black shirt, modeling his new Big Time yellow wrist band!).

Our fabrication equipment allows us to print the graphics and to cover them with a protective UV gloss layer for physical protection against abrasion and to slow down the fading process created by the sun's UV rays. We then use a computer-controlled cutter to cut the graphics to the complex shapes you see in the Big Time partial car wrap layout.
