French's Shoes & Boots may have gotten its name in 1972, but the history behind the store is over 100 years old. This brand, considered a Middle Tennessee tradition, has nine locations scattered around the state. For those of you who want to see where it all began, the original store is still open for business on Main Street in Crossville, Tennessee. The story behind this Tennessee establishment is truly worth the read - I guarantee it! It shows how family values and hard work can really pay off. (Plus, it also authenticates the quality and service you receive when you shop with them!)
We've had the pleasure of doing a number of projects for French's, but this latest one was our biggest. They asked us to wrap their 36' enclosed gooseneck trailer. Luckily, with our new space, we were able to complete the installation in the comforts of our very own shop.
Here is a little view of the BIG trailer right before we pulled it out of our shop.

French's supplied the design for the wrap, which included the logo for Justin Boots Original Workboots. Once we received the design, we digitally printed it on 3M 180IJ-CV3 wrap film with a 3M Scotchal 8519 Luster Overlaminate. The 3M 180IJ-CV3 premium film is slideable and repositionable, which makes it perfect for vehicle wraps and graphics. The 'CV3' in the name refers to the pressure activate adhesive that has air release channels for bubble-free installations. As for the overlaminate, it is considered 3M's workhorse as it offers "optimum performance in wraps where conformability is critical and where glare can be a concern" (3M Overlaminates Review). All in all, we think the products did what they needed to do. The trailer looks fantastic!

You would definitely notice these graphics on the road!
The installation took about a day and a half to complete. Not too shabby considering the size of the trailer! This trailer will be used as a vendor trailer that they will take to shows across the country. According to the French's website, they attend stock shows and events nationwide. They are also the official shoe provider at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. The French's brand is gaining international recognition, and we love that they are becoming known as the boot of "Music City".
We always enjoy working with our fellow Middle Tennessee businesses, and French's ranks right up at the top. If you are in the hunt for shoes or boots, check out French's! They are dedicated to providing the best selection, services and prices. You can't beat that - especially around the holidays!
