If you don't know anything about Permobil, I recommend taking a look at their website. Permobil is the leading brand when it comes to powered wheelchairs. This company knows how to make a difference, and they have been doing so for over forty-five years.  The company's founder, Dr. Per Uddén, was so much more than just a doctor. He was an inventor, an entrepreneur, a visionary and a father of ten. (Yes, TEN!) In 1967, he stated:

Every disabled person has the right to have his or her handicap compensated as far as possible by aids with the same technical standard as those we all use in our everyday lives. 

We are fortunate to have the Permobil company right here in Middle Tennessee. Our friend at The Falls Group, Bob Hall, connected us with this innovative company, and we have worked with them on a variety of projects since 2012. Most recently, Bob contacted us about an advertising wrap for Permobil's double level trailer.

For the advertising wrap, Permobil provided us with their own artwork. (Although this works perfectly with us, we also can provide design services if you don't have the artwork created and need some assistance.) We did need to make some modifications to the art files, and that's where Rich, our Senior Wrap Specialist, came in. He adjusted the design to reflect the specifics of the trailer, including the lights, wheel wells, trim and awning. We sent a proof with the revisions to Permobil to make sure we captured the design the way they wanted. Once we got the A-Okay, we were ready to print, laminate and install. As in all of our vehicle wraps, we used only premium cast wrapping materials. 

 Although the trailer was delivered to us nice and clean, we still need to prep it for the vinyl to be installed. You can see Ian and Felix prepping it on the left. The middle photo shows Rich and Felix during the installation. The photo on the right shows the finished product waiting in our shop for pick-up!

Permobil picked-up this trailer in the evening with a Freightliner truck that we also outfitted with some cut vinyl graphics back in 2013. (You may have seen a photo of the trailer driving away from our shop on our Facebook page.) If you are wondering what the plans are for this trailer now that it's wrapped and ready to roll, we can tell you. Permobil will use it to transport their wheelchairs to industry events all over the country. Keep your eyes open - you may just see it on your next trip!
