Did we grab your attention with that title? Just to clarify, the country music singer does not have a landscaping business (that we know about), but he does share a name with Blake Shelton - landscaper extraordinaire! Yes, the whole name thing did come up when we met him. And yes, he does hear the country music comments all the time (Miranda, Gwen, you name it!). I can tell you that he handles it with grace and even a little bit of humor. 

Blake dropped by our shop because some friends (and fellow customers of ours) had referred him to us to assist him with a custom advertising wrap for his 2015 Ford Transit. He had worked with a designer on a new logo for Blake Shelton Landscaping, and he had some other possible graphics for his new wrap. He loves his logo, but he felt as though the other graphics were missing something. 

Isn't that a great logo? It looks fantastic on the hood of the Ford Transit, too!

On a side note, we love it when customers visit us in the vehicles that they would like to have wrapped. When that happens, we can take photos and measurements and really go over the areas that they would like to have covered. Lucky for us, Blake stopped by with his 2015 Transit. We talked with him about the wrap, coverage options, and pricing, and he decided on a partial advertising wrap.

Since he wasn't sold on the graphics he had, Blake also met with Torrence, one of our talented graphic designers. They reviewed what Blake liked and didn't like, and Torrence got a true feel for how Blake envisioned his future advertising wrap. Blake left hopeful, and we had all of the information we needed to get started.

Depending on how much we already have scheduled, the first design can take anywhere from one day to a week or so. Torrence took some time to really bring all of the elements Blake had mentioned together into the first proof. He sent it off for review and awaited the first round of changes. But they never came. Torrence had captured every detail in the first proof. Yahoo...proof approved! The actual quote from Blake said: Dude!!! I freakin love it man. That's exactly what I wanted but couldn't explain. You're the man. Let's go with it!!! (We love customers like this!!)

With the proof approved, the print files went into production. We digitally printed the custom wrap on premium cast vinyl with a protective UV gloss laminate. We installed the graphics in one day, and Blake arrived shortly after we finished to see it.
