As a small business, we’re fortunate to build great relationships with many of our long-standing customers. Since 2015, we’ve worked with our friends at Ed’s Supply Company, Inc. to custom design and install vehicle wraps and graphics for their entire fleet. We recently installed full coverage box truck wraps on the company's newest 20’ Isuzu trucks. Let’s take a look at the three new box trucks and a few other wrapped vehicles within their fleet.

Back in 2015, our super-talented designer created a new branded look for all of Ed’s Supply’s commercial vehicles. He used Ed’s Supply’s logo and signature green color to create the branding and added a beautiful green to white gradient for visual appeal. After the new look was approved, he modified the vehicle wrap and decal designs to fit the following:

• Five 28’ Box trucks
• Four Isuzu Box Trucks
• Three Ford F-Series Pickups with Flatbeds
• Ford F-Series Long Wheelbase Pickup with Bed
• COE Snubnose Flatbed
• 22' Box Truck
• Volvo Tractor
• Two Ford F-250 Regular Cab 8’ Box Trucks
• Chevy Silverado Regular Cab 8’ Box Truck
• Snub Regular Cab Flatbed Truck
• Semi Cab Flatbed
• 26' Box Truck
• Ford F-450

We installed the vinyl fleet branding on the vehicles above over the past three years. Each required different levels of coverage. The box trucks typically required full or partial coverage on the trailers and partial coverage or decals on the cabs. The smaller trucks mainly required only partial coverage or decals. The photo below shows just a few examples of the company’s branded vehicles.

We've adapted the original wrap design to work with several different types of vehicles for Ed's Supply.

For the newest 20’ box trucks, our designer had to make only a few minor modifications to the original wrap design. Once the proofs were approved, we printed the graphics on high performance vinyl, applied a laminate for extra protection, and installed the wraps and decals on the trucks. Wrapping vinyl around door hinges and hardware can be a challenge to get straight. This is a quality installation!
