We recently worked with Hobbs & Associates to fabricate and install new custom outdoor signage for the company’s newest building in Nashville. Check it out!

We love the beautiful dimension in this sign!

We’ve worked with Hobbs & Associates to create a variety of custom logo and vendor signage for its facilities since 2015. As the company has expanded, so has the need for a larger building in Nashville.

We fabricated and installed three custom exterior signs for this project, including the following:

1. Brushed Aluminum Logo sign
2. Dimensional City Parts Counter sign
3. Shipping & Receiving sign

Hobbs & Associates did a great job purchasing signage that's both attractive and very noticeable from the road.

Brushed Aluminum Logo Sign

The large 14.5’ x 3.5’ logo sign was fabricated from two ¼” brushed aluminum ACP panels joined together. The lettering and artwork was contour cut from black and orange vinyl and then adhered to the panels. We router cut the custom logo shape and installed the sign panels directly to the building’s masonry.

Dimensional City Parts Counter sign

The striking 5.5’ x 1.5’ dimensional sign (pictured at the top of this article and below) was also fabricated from ¼” brushed aluminum ACP and router cut to create the outline of the logo shape at the top of the sign. The dimensional letters were cut from ⅜” thick black acrylic. The sun brand mark was cut from ⅜” orange acrylic and then white acrylic was applied on the top surface to create the dimensional snowflake.

In addition to the dimensional sign, we installed a white vinyl band and the numbers 2707 across the top of the glass door at the entrance to the City Parts Counter.

Shipping & Receiving Sign

We also fabricated a 2’ x 3’ shipping & receiving sign which was installed outside the loading dock area. The lettering on this sign was fabricated from black vinyl.

Simple wayfinding signs like this one are a great way to quickly and efficiently direct visitors to where they need to go.
