One of our daily goals is to make sure we provide our clients with 5-star customer service. In return, our clients have become our biggest supporters by referring us to other businesses and friends. 

JC Paratransit Solutions was referred to us by a client (who enjoyed working with us), and we were thrilled to give JC Paratransit the same experience. Let's take a look at how we did that while completing three retractable banners - one with LED lighting!

This project was presented to us earlier in the year, but it had to be on hold due to the pandemic crisis. Our production team was so excited to complete this project as soon as our doors reopened! 

The ambulance and paratransit service company needed our help with creating retractable banners (also known as roll-up banners) that would stand out among other businesses during conferences.  

Since this was the company's first time working with us, our project manager Jeni Levine assisted Mr. Jim Smith, president of JC Paratransit Solutions, from the beginning to the end of the design and fabrication process. 

"Jeni Levine provided numerous options based on our budget, our advertising goals, and top-selling products," stated Mr. Smith.

From the options provided, Mr. Smith chose two Penta tabletop stands and a LED floor banner stand. Once he finalized the design concept, our production team got to work!

The design for the two tabletop banners included the company's logo, website, contact information, and photos of different aspects of the company. 

Our production team used our HP 360 printer to print the graphics for all three banners on a blackout material with a matte finish laminate for additional protection. The finished graphics were then carefully trimmed out for installation into the banner stand hardware.

Our team also modified the standard floor-standing Penta hardware to create a tabletop display with a shorter pole assembly.

The 33" W LED banner included the company's logo, available services, and photos of different aspects of the company.

Once they installed the banners to the hardware and tested the LED lights, the project was complete! 

Our team was ecstatic to hear that Mr. Smith thought that "the pop-up displays were top-notch and [we] are extremely happy with the completed product!"
