Want to make a bold statement in your workplace? Vinyl wall murals are an effective way to transform plain walls into something truly memorable. We recently designed and printed an eye-catching custom wall mural of famous local landmarks for E|SPACES’ newest location in historic downtown Franklin, TN. Let’s check it out!

To create the 12’ x 9’ wall mural, our designer worked with Gresham Smith and E|SPACES to design a custom map which shows the roadways, parks and waterways in and around the city of Franklin. Most road names were excluded to allow visitors to focus on the landmarks. He highlighted several well-known locations in Franklin by placing red pins on the map. The landmarks include:

• Five Points
• Carter House
• Battle of Franklin
• Pinkerton Park
• Harlinsdale Farm
• Franklin Theatre
• The Factory at Franklin

Prior to printing, our designer provided a proof of the wall mural to Gresham Smith and E|SPACES for approval. The photo below shows the full map in proof form—pretty cool!

The wall mural was designed to look similar to a GPS app, like Google Maps.

After receiving approval, we printed the mural on high performance vinyl using our wide format HP printer. Laminate was applied to provide extra protection from fading and scratching.

The white borders were cut away from the long strips of digitally printed vinyl prior to installation.

The custom wall mural was installed at the E|SPACES’ downtown Franklin location just prior to their grand opening in December. We think the map looks great in their new space!

In addition to the wall mural, 32 brushed aluminum and black acrylic office ID signs were supplied for this project. The ID signs were designed to be interchangeable to allow E|SPACES’ employees to update occupants as needed.

These interchangeable ID signs were personalized with the E|SPACES logo. 

We also applied privacy vinyl to several windows in the office. As new tenants sign up to use space, branded privacy vinyl will be offered as an option for each occupant.
