Our projects for the Robertson County Sheriff's Office keep getting bigger. After a series of projects in 2016, we started the new year with a partial wrap for their Command Post RV trailer. (It just sounds BIG, doesn't it?) We incorporated their green and yellow brand colors into the design and strategically added their logo to fill a substantial amount of the space on the trailer while still keeping it a partial wrap. 

Although the Sheriff's Office has been open to bright and eye-catching designs, they also know how to utilize their brand colors to unify their fleet of vehicles, trailers, banners, golf carts, and more. Throughout 2016, we branded an Impala, a pop-up tent, a golf cart, a retractable banner, and teardrop flag banners for them. We started the new year with another golf cart and the Command Post. From what we can tell, they have branding mastered!

For the RV trailer, our design team took their previous wrap designs and modified them to fit the larger space. Once the Command Post was delivered to our shop, we measured the sides, front, and back to ensure that our print files were accurate. 

We printed the partial advertising wrap on high performance vinyl with a protective gloss laminate. We used our HP Latex 360 64" Wide Format High Production Printer to print the wrap. After laminating it, we cut the pieces to be installed on the trailer.

Simple is better for the front of the Command Post. It makes a statement but doesn't have too much detail that would be blocked when a truck is pulling it. 

Although the design is the same on both sides, we had to take into account the varying positions of doors and windows. The passenger side has two doors that we needed to take into consideration, and we positioned the lettering to fit in between the doors.  

We can't wait to see what the Sheriff's Office needs from us next time. Their D.A.R.E. vehicles are always fun and different, but we also enjoy the simple designs for their advertising displays, such as their most recent heavy duty pop-up tent. Their patrol boat graphics we installed in 2014 utilized an even simpler design.
