Since 1948, Simpson Property Group has been managing apartment homes throughout the country, including three locations right here in Middle Tennessee. The newest of these multi-family structures is SkyHouse Nashville, a luxury high rise under construction at the corner of Broadway and Division Street. Until construction is complete, the pre-leasing office is located across the street from the developing glass building. We created and installed temporary graphics to brand the pre-leasing office until the high rise is finished.

Located in a trendy area at the end of Music Row, Nashville residents (and future residents) will be tempted to check out SkyHouse Nashville. The future location of the leasing office will be in the actual SkyHouse building. Until it opens, potential residents can find out more information just across the street. So that people know where to go, we fabricated and installed graphics for six full windows of the office's exterior. 

We digitally printed the graphics on perforated vinyl with a black back that faces the interior. This allows for viewing from the inside of the office to the outside; however, the graphics in the SkyHouse blue are the only thing you see from the exterior. When the office moves to its final location, the perforated vinyl easily can be removed.

No leasing office is complete without a sign that specifies a parking spot for future residents. It just makes you feel welcome! We fabricated this custom sign with a weighted base that can be positioned next to a spot close to the office door.

Again, the Simpson Property Group didn't want anything too permanent since they will be moving once the SkyHouse Nashville building is complete.

Being a luxury apartment building, the branding for SkyHouse Nashville is simple and classy. Even though it's a temporary office space, Simpson Property Group wanted the pre-leasing office to 'belong' to SkyHouse Nashville. We helped make this happen by fabricating and installing temporary branding graphics for the interior walls of the office.

We contour cut the digitally printed vinyl in the blue brand color to create the SkyHouse logo graphic. We installed it onto painted drywall in the pre-leasing office.

We also created interior wall graphics that create a large custom band along two of the interior walls. Each band is over nine feet wide and three feet tall. They were digitally printed on removable vinyl, using the SkyHouse Nashville brand colors.  

The wall graphics give you a sense of what it's like to be at SkyHouse Nashville.

All of the graphics were created using temporary vinyl material that can be removed once the pre-leasing office moves to the new leasing office in the SkyHouse Nashville building. From what we've seen so far, this new apartment building offers just about everything - location, luxury, amenities, and more. Just look for the dark blue window graphics that identify the temporary office location....and the 'Future Resident' parking sign.
