Nashville has become famous for amazing large-scale events and conventions. When a company begins to plan a corporate event or rent a location in the Music City, that’s the perfect time to also think about how to brand the space! We recently worked with Maple Ridge Events to create temporary event signage for Polyglass at Ole Red Nashville restaurant & live music venue. Let’s take a look at this quick (but very effective) short-term branding campaign!

Restaurants and music venues, like Ole Red in downtown Nashville, offer a perfect setting for corporate events.

Our good friends at G7 Entertainment Marketing recommended us to Maple Ridge for this project. We worked with G7 to create temporary event signage during the CMA Fest last summer. You can learn about it in our article: Spotify Building Banners & Window Graphics Make Big Impact at CMA Fest.

For this project, Maple Ridge asked us to print and install temporary branding elements for an event held by Polyglass, a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing systems. Polyglass rented Ole Red for an evening event during the International Roofing Expo, which was held Feb. 11-13 in Nashville.

We installed these temporary window graphics with a low tack adhesive to be easily removed the morning after the event.

Initially, we provided a full graphics package to Maple Ridge to explain all the options we have available for temporary branding. After a couple of phone meetings and a site visit, Polyglass decided to purchase the following custom products for the event:

• Window Graphics
• Column Graphics
• Table Graphics
• Elevator Graphics
• 86' x 4' Banner
• Floor Graphics (we provided installation only for this product)

The large banner hanging from the top floor was another great (and inexpensive) way to identify this as a Polyglass-hosted event.

The graphics were designed by Polyglass's Marketing Department. We printed the artwork on vinyl (not including the floor decals) and installed the branded elements onsite at Ole Red the morning of the event.

Polyglass considered every surface at Ole Red for temporary event signage. Even the elevator was covered in vinyl.

In addition to printing and installing the vinyl graphics, we also coordinated with the city to obtain a sidewalk closure permit. We needed the permit to bring a lift onsite for the installation of the window graphics. That’s just another service we offer for these types of projects!

More than 500 people in the roofing industry attended the Polyglass event. As they were enjoying free food and drinks, they were sure to notice Polyglass’s branding throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
