Two years ago, we fabricated and installed a dimensional logo sign for our friends at AlSol Brokerage Inc. Fast forward to what we can assume is a sign of positive growth and expansion, and we recently fabricated two additional logo signs that we installed above the original.

The logo sign for AlSol was installed as a combination mark, which included the name of the business (text) and the brandmark (or icon). That original dimensional sign can be seen in many videos on the AlSol website. 

In order to make room for the two new logo signs, the brandmark was removed from the wall. This left only the gloss black acrylic and cut black vinyl letters for the AlSol wordmark. That's a lot of signage lingo for logos! You can read more about logo design styles and signage terminology in our previous blog articles.)

Our original proof showed one logo sign being installed above the AlSol logo and the other below. However, once our trusty installer arrived at the office location, it was decided that the spacing would look better with both new logo signs above the original. This is the nice thing about using templates for installations. We have the ability to move them around until the perfect location is found for the signage.

We fabricated the Aiden Financial Group logo out of 3/8" thick gloss black acrylic that was precisely cut on our in-house laser. All of the pieces of the Aiden logo were large enough to be fabricated from the acrylic. When the pieces get too small or thin (such as the text below the 'Brokerage Inc.' on the AlSol logo), we use contour cut vinyl to maintain the look and provide durability.

The Aiden Financial Group sign was produced with the same acrylic (size and color) as the AlSol sign; however, the LiveAmerica. dimensional logo sign was fabricated using a completely different process. For this colorful design, we back printed the logo colors onto 3/8" thick gloss clear acrylic on our in-house flatbed printer. (It's the latest tool in our growing shed!) We cut the individual pieces of the logo with our in-house laser. The smaller text under the logo was fabricated from digitally printed and contour cut vinyl.
